Yay! I haven't gotten my eating completely under control but it's better. I am drinking more water. I exercised 3 nights last week. The last one was nearly an hour long. I did one of Leslie Sansone's Walkblaster workouts one night, a 2 mile Walk Away the Pounds video the second and the last workout was her 3 mile WATP video. I will eventually start doing the Firm again. I lost less than a pound from last week. Things are looking up however. I have been writing down what I've eaten today. I am on my second bottle of water. I exercised last night. Only 30 minutes but it was a start. I will exercise tonight when I get home. Here are my overall goals:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#993399;"&gt;To eventually weigh 140-145&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#993399;"&gt;To exercise at least 5 (hopefully 6) days a week.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#993399;"&gt;To drink more water, eat more fruits &amp;amp; veggies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#993399;"&gt;To blog at least once a week.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#993399;"&gt;I want to lose 30 lbs by my birthday (which is in June). I hope to lose at least 60 this year. That's only an average of a little over a pound a week. That seems doable to me.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#993399;"&gt;This is not a New Year's Resolution because I don't make them. I haven't weighed in this week but last week I was at 228. Aargh! I am re-evaluating my whole approach to losing weight. I have set new goals and will stick to them this time. I am restarting my exercise program. I think I should probably start with my WATP videos. I do have the new Firm system on order. I should have it within 2 weeks. I know I'll want to try it as soon as it arrives! I plan on switching between the Firms that I have (BSS1, BSS2 &amp;amp; BSS4) and throw in some walking vids. Since it is finally warming up, I can start taking walks in the morning or at lunch. That helped when I lost weight before. Of course, things could be thrown out the window for a little while. My mother is having surgery and I'll be the one to take care of her. Plus, my brother still needs some help after the problems he's had. But I'm going to try my hardest this time. My eating was okay last week (not perfect, but okay) and I started my Firm rotation. I used Cardio Sculpt from BSS1. It is 55 minutes long and I did it three times last week (and also last night). So I would like to think that the one pound is muscle but I'm not counting on that. I am thinking about doing a walking video tonight. I showed a 2 lb gain last week. The good news is that I showed a 3.5 lb loss this week! I don't know how I did it because I was definitely not eating well. I did start a new exercise program last night. I did Cardio Sculpt from The Firm Body Sculpting System 1. My legs really feel it today. I plan on at least doing a 1 mile WATP video tonight. I've been doing well with my points and water today. It's that TOM and I'm retaining water so it makes sense (too much info, right? lol). On the upside, that means I didn't gain anything either! I have been doing pretty well at drinking my water and I exercised last night. I did a 2 mile WATP video. It's supposed to be nice weather here today, so I plan on taking a walk at lunch and then doing some more exercise at home tonight. I'm still struggling with counting my WW points. One day, I do really well and count everything. The next, I don't count anything and know I go overboard! Oops. I certainly did. My office actually gave us 2 extra days off. Plus I'm getting another one this week. Yay!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#993399;"&gt;Now, on to the weigh in. I weighed in yesterday and was up 1.5 lbs. It wasn't as bad as I expected it to be. I'm back on track now and watched what I ate yesterday. I also drank almost all of my water. I didn't exercise like I had wanted to but I will tonight. I get upset when I look at my stats. I started this blog on November 18 and in a month and a half I am only down 1 lb. It's my own fault though. That is all about to change. Woo hoo!! That was without exercising and not following the Weight Watchers program closely. I can't wait to see what next week's will be. I am starting my exercise program tonight and have been writing down everything I've been eating. I plan on exercising with Leslie Sansone's tapes (I have 3 WATP systems and the new Walkblaster) and then I will work The Firm systems (Body Sculpting 1 &amp;amp; 2) in. I am down 3 whole pounds since last Tuesday! I still haven't figured out how. I only exercised maybe twice last week and my eating habits weren't great. This week has me nervous. Thanksgiving is going to be hard. I don't know how well I'll do with all that food around. I cannot resist pumpkin pie or sweet potato biscuits. It's just not possible! Friday I'll be eating out because I'm going shopping (yes, I'm crazy enough to go shopping on Black Friday) with my mom &amp;amp; aunt. I'll burn some calories with all of that walking though. I am beginning my weight loss journey all over again. Here's a little background on me: I am 27 years old, single and have been struggling with my weight since, well, puberty. I grew out instead of up. Sucks, doesn't it? I was 215 lbs. when I graduated high school. I gained 25 over the next 2 years or so. I ended up at around 240. I did all sorts of fad diets and settled on Weight Watchers. I did really well for the longest time. I dropped down to about 190. Then, I lost my job. Needless to say, watching my weight went out the window. I have gone back up and as of Tuesday, November 16, I am at 227.5. I am definitely an emotional eater. I had another setback recently due to my brother's health problems. I have decided that I am going to do Weight Watchers again and maybe even haul my butt to some meetings. I have started exercising, which is a new thing for me.
